Bleach & Bloodlust

I clean up the bodies. He keeps making more.

They call me Ghost.

I don’t exist. I am a shadow in a hazmat suit, the guy the Syndicate calls when a job gets messy. I dissolve the evidence, scrub the floors, and leave the room smelling of lemon and ammonia. I am efficient, invisible, and terrified of the monsters I work for.

Especially him.

Erasmus. The Syndicate’s most violent Capo.

He is a hurricane of destruction. He doesn't just kill; he paints the walls. Every time I get a call for one of his scenes, I know I’ll be scrubbing for hours.

I should hate him for the work he creates. Instead, I’m obsessed. I collect the little things he leaves behind—a cufflink, a shell casing, a torn button.

I thought I was invisible. I was wrong.

Erasmus has noticed the clean rooms. He’s noticed that his messes disappear faster than anyone else’s. And now, he’s started leaving things for me.

First, it was a note written in blood on the mirror. Then, a gift wrapped in red silk.

Now, he’s lingering at the crime scenes, watching from the shadows while I work.

He doesn't want me to clean up anymore. He wants to dirty me up.

The monster I’ve been worshiping from afar has finally caught me, and he’s about to show me that making a mess is much more fun than cleaning it.
