The app
Illiterati is licensed, not sold, through the Apple App Store, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. It is provided as-is, without warranty. It plays audio files you supply; it does not sell, host, decrypt, or distribute audiobooks, and it makes no claim to any rights in the content you play through it.
You are responsible for having the right to the files you play and for the servers you connect it to.
This website
The discovery pages describe audiobooks using data from Audible’s public catalogue. Titles, cover art, descriptions and other metadata belong to their respective publishers and rights holders and are shown here to identify the works. Prices, availability, ratings and chart positions change constantly and are not guaranteed to be current — the storefront is the authority on all of them.
Purchases are made with the retailer, not with us. Anything to do with payment, delivery, refunds, or the file you receive is between you and them.
