Rescuing Hearts

Flight attendant Kristi has perfected the art of avoiding connections—one night stands in far-off cities are her specialty. But when she meets pediatric surgeon Fenna during a flight to Costa Rica, something shifts in her carefully guarded heart.

Their passionate encounter was supposed to be nothing more than a memory, until fate brings them together again and again. Despite Kristi's determination to keep her distance, Fenna's warmth and compassion begin to crack the walls she's built around herself.

What Fenna doesn't know is that Kristi carries a devastating secret—haunted by her family's medical history, she's terrified of offering someone a future she might not have. And just as Kristi begins to open up, tragedy strikes Fenna's family, testing the fragile bond between them.

From high-altitude chance meetings to heartbreaking hospital corridors, their journey proves that sometimes the most broken hearts are the ones most worth rescuing. Will Kristi find the courage to embrace the love she deserves, or will fear rob them both of the chance at happiness?
