The Assassin's Chase

Just as American covert operative Chase Fulton’s life is returning to normal after a seemingly endless era of turmoil, his world erupts as sniper bullets fly, tearing through the bodies and lives of those around him. A manhunt unlike any the team has ever undertaken unfolds, demanding more of Chase and this tireless band of warriors than any of them could expect.

When the cascade of misdirection and cover-up crumbles, old ghosts—remnants of silent Cold War operations—swarm to engulf the team in the fallout of missions they never knew occurred, long before they took up arms and stared evil in the face in defense of everything they love.

When the past becomes present, the future hangs in the balance. Can Chase defeat an enemy who may be nothing more than an apparition? Can ageless and ravenous revenge overcome modern tactics and the team’s boundless willingness to pay any price to stop the forces of evil from a bygone era, or has the evil fed on the passage of time and grown too strong for even Tactical Team 21 to defeat?
