The Lost Children

Sheriff Eve Wicker never expected the biggest mystery of her past would land on her doorstep years later. After her mother’s death, Eve left the small-town and joined the NSA. Only to find herself back in Chesapeake Valley. While she attempts to juggle her sheriff duties and help her ailing father. She finds herself colliding with the town brute, a man with a dark and traumatic past. Eve receives an urgent call about a shocking case. A foster home that has been burned down with no survivors. The horrific news sends shockwaves through the once semi-peaceful little town. Who would commit such a cruel act, especially towards children? As Eve tackles the case, her past demons collide with the present. False leads, a house full of lies, and the most deplorable crime. But truth and righteousness will always prevail. With the fires of the wicked wreaking havoc without prejudice. The flame of the righteous fosters life and herds evil to face judgement. The pendulum swings both ways and the day of repentance is here. Come one and come all, the great reckoning has arrived…
