Spacebound and Down

A Cozy, Low-Stakes, Slice-of-Life Sci-fi Adventure

Strapped for cash, but full of laughs… Heya, friend. Rusty here. Believe it or not, me and Mike swapped our eighteen-wheeler for a spaceship. And she's a real beauty… if you like fixer-uppers. The old girl's got landing gear that squeals like a cat playin' violin, plumbing like a Las Vegas fountain show, and more loose screws than a nuthouse. But to us, she's perfect. A diamond in the rough, ready to be polished up with some elbow grease and TLC. And maybe a few prayers to Saint MacGyver. Meanwhile, me and Piper are planning our honeymoon, searching for the galaxy's most romantic vacation spots on the galaxy's least romantic budget. We'll be runnin' on fumes till our business gets going, but my new wife can turn anything into an adventure. If you don't believe me, you've never seen her cook in zero-G. With Mike and Jenna by our side, we're building more than a ship—we're building ourselves a home, and a future, one rusty bolt at a time. I'm tellin' ya, the No Stress Space Express is gonna take trucking to new heights… just as soon as we get her off the ground. No Stress Space Express is a series about finding your true family, told with the common-sense wisdom of Jerry Boyd's Bob and Nikki series (Bob's Saucer Repair), and the low-stakes world building of Travis Baldree's Legends & Lattes. Join Rusty and his crew for a heart-warming, laugh-out-loud adventure with no tension, and no drama. Just good clean fun, great friendships, and a little romance too.
