Wheat

When there is nothing left, it takes everything to survive.

The grain rust was first. It killed the food supply for seventy percent of the civilized world.

The drought followed. It ruined what was left.

Now, comes the disease, the economic collapse, the fight for survival.

WHEAT is a post-apocalyptic survival story in three parts. It follows the unraveling lives through five different people; a clandestine operative, a farmer, a Hollywood talent agent, a prepper, and a network television correspondent. Each of them experiences the ends of their worlds as they know them in unique ways. But they share a common goal; survive the ruin, find order in the chaos, and cling to hope for the future.

Its cinematic scope and gritty narrative is perfect for fans of Franklin Horton, Nicholas Sansbury Smith, Ryan Schow, and Kyla Stone.
