The Falcons of Windglass Ridge

High above Meadowfen, the Kestrelwing falcon family has always measured strength by speed, sharp sight, and the ability to survive without help. Aric and Sela teach their young, Tavin and Mira, that the sky rewards those who can defend themselves.

But when drought, fire, and a cunning band of marsh harriers begin pushing smaller creatures from the open fields, the falcons discover that power can become a duty rather than a privilege. Their choice to protect larks, field mice, quail, beetles, and other vulnerable neighbors changes not only the valley but the falcons themselves.

This continuous fable explores courage, restraint, responsibility, cooperation, and the lesson that the strongest wings are not always those that rise highest, but those that choose to shelter others from the storm.
